Tena Jolley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Apela Strategic Solutions. She is Native American and a citizen of the Choctaw Tribe. Tena has a Master’s degree in both Human Resources Administration and Public Health, Healthcare Administration and Policy. She has spent the last 25 years working for the Chickasaw Nation most of which was in the benefits and human resources divisions. During her tenure with the Chickasaw Nation it became abundantly clear that there was a need for someone who understood the unique complexities of tribal organizations and is truly dedicated to serving their populations.
